Businesses are responsible for the services they sell, the quality of those services, customer communication, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

• Set clear service descriptions, prices, deposits, and cancellation rules
• Handle client disputes directly and professionally
• Follow local tax, privacy, consumer, employment, and industry rules
• Keep client data secure and use it only for appropriate business purposes

Elas Booking may offer a free trial before billing starts. Trials include limited test usage so businesses can evaluate the workspace before using it with live customers. Paid plans include limits such as bookings, clients, users, staff, storage, reminders, and other capacity. Add-ons may be offered to increase selected limits.

• One free trial may be available per owner email
• Trial test limits may require subscribing before the 7 days end if the workspace is used heavily
• Plan limits and fair-use rules apply
• Subscription fees are separate from external provider fees
• Add-on prices and renewal terms should be shown before purchase
• Businesses can cancel or change subscription settings from the billing area or Stripe customer portal where available

Elas Booking subscription billing is separate from payments a business receives from its clients. Businesses may connect Stripe or use manual payment instructions depending on their setup.

• Businesses control their own client payment setup
• Stripe, domain providers, email providers, Google Ads, Meta, and other advertising or analytics providers may have separate terms
• Elas Booking is not responsible for external provider outages or account decisions
• Businesses should keep payment instructions accurate
• Businesses are responsible for their own ad accounts, campaigns, tracking choices, and any consent or disclosure obligations for tracking they enable
• External provider fees, chargebacks, disputes, payout timing, and tax obligations may be separate from Elas Booking subscription fees

Subscription cancellation, refund, and deletion requests should be made through the available billing tools or by contacting support. Refund eligibility may depend on the plan, billing period, provider records, usage, and applicable law.

• Cancel before renewal if you do not want the next billing period
• Request support if you cannot access billing settings
• Export business data before requesting deletion
• Refund decisions may exclude external provider fees such as Stripe, domain, SMS, or email costs

The platform may change over time as features are added, removed, or improved. Access may be limited or suspended for unpaid subscriptions, abuse, security risks, or use that harms other customers or the platform.

• Keep billing up to date
• Do not overload or abuse the service
• Do not add forbidden or misleading custom domains
• Report security issues responsibly
